Definitions and Interpretation
Unless the context otherwise requires:
a. “Company” means Ausdhang Products Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Plot No 53, Ganesh Nagar C, Delhi Ajmer Bypass, Murlipura, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302039.
b. “Platform” means the e-commerce website, mobile application, and all digital interfaces operated by the Company.
c. “Order” means a request placed by a Customer for purchase of products through the Platform.
d. “Customer” / “User” means any person placing an Order on the Platform.
e. “Seller” means the Company and/or any third-party vendor selling products through the Platform, where applicable.
f. “Business Days” means days excluding Sundays and public holidays.
g. “Force Majeure Event” shall mean events beyond reasonable control as detailed in Clause 15.
Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

Applicability and Binding Nature
1. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all Orders placed on the Platform, including prepaid and cash-on-delivery (COD) Orders.
2. By placing an Order, the Customer expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
3. This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the Platform and shall prevail unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

 General Principles Governing Cancellation
1. Cancellation of an Order is not an absolute right and is subject to:
product category,
order status,
seller-specific terms, and
compliance with this Policy.
2. Ausdhang Products Private Limited reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion, acting in good faith.
3. The Platform’s system-generated timestamps shall be final for determining eligibility.

Order Lifecycle and Cancellation Stages
1. Order Placed – Pending Processing
Cancellation permitted without penalty.
Eligible for full refund, subject to Clause 11.
2. Order Confirmed – Under Processing
Cancellation may be permitted.
Administrative and processing charges may apply.
3. Order Packed / Ready for Dispatch
Cancellation may be restricted or declined.
Packaging, handling, and logistics costs may be deducted.
4. Order Shipped
Cancellation not permitted.
Customer must follow the Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.
5. Out for Delivery
Cancellation not allowed.
Refusal at doorstep may attract reverse logistics charges.

Mode of Cancellation

1. Cancellation requests must be initiated only through:
the Customer’s registered account on the Platform, or
official customer support channels of the Company.
2. Requests made via social media, third-party platforms, or informal communication shall not be considered valid.

Partial Cancellation
1. Where an Order includes multiple products:
cancellation may be permitted only for unshipped items;
shipped items must be returned as per the Return Policy.
2. Combo, bundled, or promotional products must be cancelled in entirety unless otherwise specified.

Non-Cancellable Products and Situations
Unless required under applicable law, cancellation shall not be permitted for:
a. Customized or personalized products;
b. Made-to-order items;
c. Perishable goods;
d. Digital products once accessed, downloaded, or activated;
e. Gift cards, vouchers, or store credits;
f. Hygiene-sensitive products;
g. Products marked “Non-Cancellable” on the Platform;
h. Orders placed under flash sales, clearance sales, or special promotions;
i. Orders where promotional benefits have already been consumed.

 Cancellation of Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
1. COD Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.
2. Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD Orders may result in:
restriction or removal of COD facility;
suspension or termination of the Customer account.

Seller-Specific Cancellation Terms
1. Certain products may be sold by third-party sellers.
2. In such cases:
seller-specific cancellation rules may apply in addition to this Policy;
Ausdhang Products Private Limited acts as an intermediary to facilitate the transaction.

Cancellation by the Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel any Order without liability due to:
a. Product unavailability or inventory mismatch;
b. Pricing, typographical, or listing errors;
c. Payment verification failure;
d. Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions;
e. Incorrect or incomplete delivery details;
f. Legal or regulatory restrictions;
g. Force Majeure Events.

Refund Framework
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds shall be processed only where cancellation is approved under this Policy.
2. Deductions
The Company may deduct:
payment gateway charges;
packaging and logistics costs;
seller penalties;
non-refundable taxes or duties, where applicable.
3. Mode of Refund
Refunds shall be processed through:
the original payment method, or
store credit / wallet, where permitted by law.
4. Refund Timeline
Refunds shall be initiated within 7–15 business days from approval.
Actual credit timelines depend on banking and payment gateway processes.

Taxation
1. Refunds shall comply with applicable tax laws.
2. Taxes already remitted to authorities may not be refundable.
3. Credit notes or revised invoices may be issued where legally required.

 Auto-Cancelled, Failed, or Rejected Orders
1. Orders may be auto-cancelled due to:
payment failure;
system timeouts;
non-confirmation within prescribed timelines.
2. Any amount debited shall be refunded as per Clause 11.

 Abuse and Misuse of Cancellation Policy
1. The Company reserves the right to monitor cancellation behavior.
2. In cases of abuse or fraud, the Company may:
restrict cancellation privileges;
suspend or terminate accounts;
deny refunds.
Such determinations shall be final and binding.

Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for cancellation delays or failures due to Force Majeure Events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or infrastructure failures.

Limitation of Liability
The Company’s maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the cancelled Order.
No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages shall be payable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Modification of Policy
Ausdhang Products Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
